Aligarh: The Computer Science Society at Aligarh Muslim University organized a prize distribution ceremony to celebrate the academic excellence and achievements of its students over the last academic session.
The winners of various events held during this period, including Poster and Logo Making Competition, Code Hawk Coding Competition, CS360 Workshop, Three-Month Research Internship, One Month GFG Coding Challenge, Industry Talk on Service Now and LinkedIn and AMU Hacks 3.0 Hackathon were felicitated with prizes and certificates of appreciation.
Prof Arman Rasool Faridi, Chairperson, the Department of Computer Science emphasized the department's commitment to providing its students an environment conducive to learning, innovation, and skill development through diverse creative initiatives and competitions.
He also stressed that the infrastructure provided by the department and the university is for the betterment of the students and they should make the best use of it for a better career.
Prof Faridi and the Convener, the Computer Science Society, Dr Mohd Nadeem were also felicitated on this occasion for their guidance, motivation, and efforts in successfully organizing these events.
Dr Nadeem extended a vote of thanks.
