The Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies and Research, Aligarh Muslim University organized a one-day seminar on “Investors Awareness” in collaboration with the Bombay Stock Exchange, Securities and Exchange Board of India, and Central Depository Services Limited.

A ‘Traffic Awareness Programme’ was organized at Dr. BR Ambedkar Hall of Aligarh Muslim University. The program aimed at creating awareness among the students of traffic rules and regulations.

The Maulana Azad Library of Aligarh Muslim University, in collaboration with ‘The Ali Society’ organized an exhibition of rare manuscripts and books marking ‘Ali Day’, the birth anniversary of Hazrat Ali ibn Abi Talib.

The University Debating and Literary Club, Cultural Education Centre, Aligarh Muslim University organized a Mushaira, Sukhan Aabaad, in collaboration with Unsiyat at the Kennedy Auditorium.

"In the technological world, we live in, many of us use social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, and Instagram to find friends and talk to them. Even though these sites have their own advantages, it is important to remember that social media can never replace real-life interactions, and spending too much time on them can make you feel lonelier and can also cause mental health issues like anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional vulnerability, etc.", said Prof Suneetha B. Manyam of Mercer University from Georgia.

Use of hooters and continued honking by motor vehicle users is strictly prohibited inside the premises of the Aligarh Muslim University as it creates unhealthy noise and disturbance to the serene environment of the green campus of the university.
