The second edition of the Annual Art Exhibition-2022 of the Department of Fine Arts was inaugurated today by Dr. Hameeda Tariq, a renowned pediatrician, and Prof Tariq Mansoor, the Vice Chancellor of AMU at Moinuddin Ahmad Art Gallery of the University.

A team of four medical students from JN Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University brought laurels to the College by bagging first prize in the poster presentation and second prize in the case presentation, at a National Conference jointly organized by IMA Varanasi, IMA JDN, and IMA MSN Baranas, on the occasion of World Suicide Prevention Day.

In order to observe Swachhta Pakhwada, a fortnight observance for cleanliness, several programmes were held at Aligarh Muslim University schools, including the Syedna Taher Saifuddin School, Abdul Baseer Khan School-Girls, and AMU City Girls School, Qazipara, to create awareness among students regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
