New Delhi: Government of India has proposed to set up one National Institute of Paramedical Sciences (NIPS) at Najafgarh (Delhi) and eight Regional Institutes of Paramedical Sciences (RIPS) at Nagpur (Maharashtra), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Chandigarh (UT), Coimbatore (Tamilnadu), Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh), Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) and one location in Bihar.
