Aligarh: Atif Rahman, the Senior Vice President of CHIEL, delivered a lecture on the “Dynamic world of advertising and its potential as a career option” at the Department of Mass Communication at Aligarh Muslim University.
Rahman delved into various facets of the advertising industry, highlighting the emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in this field. Drawing from his extensive experience, he shared valuable insights into effective advertising strategies, consumer behavior dynamics, and the evolving digital landscape.
He sensitized the students about the stories behind some landmark advertisements and emphasized the importance of nurturing young talents and fostering innovation in the advertising industry.
An alumnus of AMU, Rahman reminisced about his student days at AMU and thanked the organizers for allowing him to relive the memory.
Earlier, welcoming the guest speaker, Prof. Pitabas Pradhan, Chairman, the Department of Mass Communication, elaborated on the intricacies of advertising in today’s competitive landscape.
The lecture was followed by an interactive session attended by the students and faculty members, including Prof. Afrina Rizvi, Dr. GK Sahu, Mohd Anas, and Dr. Huma Parveen, who also extended the vote of thanks.
