AMU research scholar gets the best paper award


Aligarh: Aligarh Muslim University research scholar, Hamza from the Department of Psychiatry, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College got the ‘best paper award’ for investigations on ‘Migraine’ in the ‘48th Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists Annual Conference’ held at Madurai.

“Hamza’s paper outlines the best treatments for the recurrent throbbing headache of Migraine, its diagnosis, treatment and medications for relief”, said Prof Suhail Ahmed Azmi, Chairman, Department of Psychiatry.

Her supervisor, Dr Deoshree Akhouri and other JNMC doctors including Dr Mohammed Reyazuddin, Dr Jitendra Kumar, Dr Faisal Shaan and Dr Ved Prakash Gupta also spoke on Hamza’s original work.
