New Delhi: Government will launch the SWAYAM portal for providing online learning courses offered by the best teachers to anyone desirous of learning, at anytime of his choice and to be accessed anywhere in the Country, informed HRD Minister of State Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey in a written reply to a Lok Sabha question.
