Eight students of Geology and one student of M.Sc in Biotechnology at the Interdisciplinary Biotechnology Unit of Aligarh Muslim University have qualified National Eligibility Test i.e. NET. 
Bushra Qazi, M.Sc in Biotechnology, has secured 29th rank in the CSIR National Eligibility Test Life Science Examination conducted by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research.
Eight students of Department of Geology also have qualified the UGC NET June 2020 examination, and four of them got the Junior Research Fellowship.
Congratulating the successful students, Professor AH Ahmad, Chairman, informed that Md. Shahrukh, Ghulam Nabi, Md. Shawez and Sultan Azeem have cleared JRF, while Kumail Ahmad, Puneet Kumar Mishra, Md. Siddique Akbar and Md. Monis Malik have cleared the National Eligibility Test.
The success of the students is a testimony of their hard work and dedication of the faculty, he said.
