Aligarh: Naved Alam, Pursuing MA (ELT) at the Department of English, Aligarh Muslim University has joined the global research community of the Oxford University Press to shape the future of English language assessment as its ‘Pretesting Research Partner’.
He will work with the Institution to trial their exam questions before they become part of live tests.
Extending Congratulations, Prof Mohammad Asim Siddiqui, Chairman, Department of English, said: “I am sure that Naved will put the best efforts in the global research activity of Pretesting to support the development of online English Language assessments”.
“As a pretesting partner, I will work on promoting AMU on a global scale by bringing the English programme from the Oxford University Press to our students that help strengthen ties between AMU and Oxford University Press. I also look forward to hosting a variety of free English language programme for AMU students”, said Naved.
