New Delhi: In a statement on the recent accident in Himachal Pradesh the Union HRD Minister Smriti said that the Government has asked the Regulators the University Grants Commission and the All India Council for Technical Education to frame guidelines on enforcing student’s safety when they are on excursion/study trips.
