Aligarh: The annual job fair, Sairaab 2.0, organized by the Training and Placement Office (General) at Aligarh Muslim University and powered by the IMCS group, was held on Tuesday, in the AMU ABK High School (Boys) premises. More than 15 multinational companies participated in the event.

Saad Hameed, Training and Placement Officer said that the event aims at bridging the gap between academia and industry, and it is satisfactory to note that more than 1000 students have registered for the job fair.

He said that walk-in registration was also available at the venue on the day of the event for those who missed the opportunity to register online.

Dr Pallav Vishnu, Assistant TPO and Organizing Secretary said that the event is a testament to AMU's commitment to providing our students with the best career opportunities.

Dr Suheila Parveen, Assistant TPO and Organizing Secretary said that this initiative will not only enhance the employability of AMU students but also strengthen the university's relationship with the corporate world.
